Its mission is to advocate for all military installations, organizations, and defense-related stakeholders in Pennsylvania. The PMCEC is dedicated to promoting and enhancing Pennsylvania’s military community, ensuring the Commonwealth remains an excellent host for military organizations, service members, civilian personnel, and their families—both now and in the future.
