Job Tax Credit Annual Ranking Delayed 90 Days | Georgia Department of Community Affairs Skip to main content Due to the October 2025 federal government shutdown, the release of key data metrics from the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of Labor required to calculate the Job Tax Credit Annual Tier Ranking has been delayed. As a result, the annual ranking is not yet available. The anticipated publication date is April 1, 2026. To ensure business enterprises have sufficient time to review the ranking and respond to any tier changes, the deadline for submitting Notices of Intent for 2026 will be extended beyond the March 31 deadline to allow for a full 90-day period following the publication of the annual ranking. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide the most current and accurate information possible.
