As a result, the annual ranking is not yet available. To ensure business enterprises have sufficient time to review the ranking and respond to any tier changes, the deadline for submitting Notices of Intent for 2026 will be extended beyond the March 31 deadline to allow for a full 90-day period following the publication of the annual ranking.
